The launch of Artisan Partners creates a commanding industry alliance, merging two DC-area construction executives with a combined 50 years of experience and $2 billion of construction projects.

Azaroff has an M.S. in Engineering Management from Catholic University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
Adam Prill formed the Prill Construction Group (PCG) in July 2000. To date, the company has generated over $100 million of revenue. Previously, Prill was the Vice President of East Coast Operations with a leading general contractor in Washington, D.C. Prill is the Past Chairman and Director of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington and served on the Board of Governors for the Washington Building Congress.

experience makes the professional
Through their combined efforts, Azaroff and Prill have built and managed numerous large office buildings, many of which were for demanding government clients such as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Secret Service.

Azaroff oversaw the design and construction of three million square feet at the Portals, located in Southwest, Washington, D.C. and Republic Square in Capitol Hill. He also served as the Project Manager for the Charles E. Smith corporate headquarters in Crystal City, VA. In 1994, Azaroff also was the Construction Manager for the World Cup at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. Prior to this, he spent 10 years working for large, local general contractors.

Prill functioned as the Senior Project Manager for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, which included a historic renovation of their administrative center. He also worked at the U.S. Capitol Visitors Center, and a host of other projects, many high profile, all of which he saw from the bidding phase through project completion.
